Our Partner Firm

We work with a specialist Scottish solicitor firm to ensure every enquirer receives expert advice under Scots law.

The Introducer Relationship

Personal Injury Claims Scotland is an introducer. We receive enquiries from people injured in Scotland and pass them to our partner firm of regulated specialist solicitors. We do not provide legal advice ourselves.

This arrangement means you receive specialist legal expertise from the outset, while benefiting from a simple, accessible way to make your initial enquiry.

Our Partner's Credentials

Our partner solicitors are:

  • Regulated by the Law Society of Scotland — Scotland's independent regulator of solicitors
  • Specialists in personal injury — experienced in the full range of Scots law personal injury claims
  • QOCS-compliant — operating under the Civil Litigation (Expenses and Group Proceedings) (Scotland) Act 2018

Speculative Fee Agreements

Our partner solicitors offer claims under speculative fee agreements — the Scots law equivalent of no win no fee. This means:

  • No upfront legal fees
  • Nothing to pay if your claim is unsuccessful
  • A success fee agreed with you before any work begins if your claim succeeds

What Our Partner Does Not Do

  • Our partner solicitors do not handle claims under English or Welsh law
  • They do not take on cases arising outside Scotland

Complaints About Our Partner Solicitors

If you have a complaint about the legal services provided by our partner firm, please raise it directly with that firm in the first instance. All Scottish solicitors are subject to oversight by the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission (SLCC). See our Complaints page for more information.
