Our Response
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days.
Complaints About Our Partner Solicitors
If your complaint relates to the conduct of our partner solicitors (rather than our introducer service), you should raise it directly with the solicitor firm in the first instance.
Solicitors in Scotland are regulated by the Law Society of Scotland. If you remain dissatisfied, you may be able to complain to the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission (SLCC):

Our Role as Introducer
As an introducer, Personal Injury Claims Scotland passes enquiries to regulated solicitors. We are not responsible for the legal services provided by those solicitors once the introduction has been made.
